Today is a very down day. I didn't do much but sleep the whole day through.
All because I did not sleep well last night. I been having nightmares like the night before; a sign of me having depression.
I feel like shit and hopeless. On top of that, my throat was cotton ball dry.
Must it be like this? Either I am mania or I am depressed? Shucks, I have to fight it.
Tonight I sleep at 11:00 pm. I must establish a routine before I can run the Half Marathon this September. I must fight the depression.
