Without the upward cycle, my life is a rut.
I feel really terrible. Sudden I feel like I have only half the energy.
It is now than ever I got to fight Sleepiness, Laziness, Inertia and Procrastination. This is my battle against the demons of my illness. I can fight this downward spiral.
Most importantly, don't add the aggravation by having the 3 Cs.
Never ever smoke pot and never start to smoke cigarette. I got 5 months to go.
I need to run every other day but I exercise every day.

THE SECOND THING IS TO EXERCISE EVERY DAY
THE THIRD THING IS TO SLEEP AT 11:00 am EVERY NIGHT
