9/1/19 Reaffirming my goals

No matter what, no 3 Cs.  They are bad news a[s] should be avoided at all costs.

Then move North:

  • Breath fresh air - my sinus subsiding since I quit smoking although dark phlegm still coming out.
  • Be thin - this is day two.  Already my body is releasing the water weight.  It doesn't matter, as long as I am seeing positive result.  Remember the 30 kg green can.
  • Be fast - I had not done much to exercise.  Even today I have to go to groceries in the afternoon.
Am I progressing?  Yes I am.  I had modified my diet and I didn't smoke.  My next challenge is to stop Nicorettes.

That is 30% of my body weight, in fat.  I can go on a month without eating.

So what I did is good.  Every day I monitor my 6 key markers until I achieve all 6.

The key is in the moving.  As long as I move North, I am progressing.

To be able to breathe without the sinus blocking my nose is truly amazing.  I can inhale deep and satisfactorily.
