I can't afford to have injury time. I will try the elliptical today. No wait, I'll take a rest.
I had another weird dream this morning. I got lost in the China Town. Sure is very unsettling.
Today is a slow day. Nothing spectacular. I am back to marking time.
Not everyday is a spectacular day but at the very least I have to do something productive before I'm off to bed. My minimum idea of minimum productivity is writing. Writing is an output. Hence it is something I produce. Not necessarily I produce the best everyday but still I produce.
I can today talk about religion and politics like the common folks do but that won't take me anywhere. Rather, I think I talk about commitment to excellence. I can actually do than talk because excellence is an outcome. Sad to say my effort to pursue excellence today was hampered by an injured ankle.
Commitment to excellent is encompassing. Therefore excellence is lived one day at a time. If I cannot be excellent for a day I cannot be an excellent person for life. Therefore what constitute an excellent day for me?
- It starts the night before - Early to bed
- Then early to rise
- Morning exercise
- Abstain from meal until 2:00 pm
- Eat healthy oil
- Afternoon exercise
- Eat LCHF dinner
- Write my thoughts away
That's my day. The progress is measured by how much I had improved physically.
