I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - woke up but stayed in bed until 9:45 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - no motivation, the bed more alluring
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - A major success, right on the dot
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - went for groceries
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - had a bit of potato, no big deal
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Doing house chores and blogging

That's the minimum to win the day.
