8/1/19 ^^^I managed to have 16/8 LCHF

I think I have the right formula.  The oils during lunch (including butter) and at night I eat my protein and veges either with butter or MCT Oil.

It is a matter of time for me to stop Nicorettes.

So let me get this right, I need both Magnesium and Vitamin B Complex for energy.

Can't rely on food alone nowadays, the food is highly industrialized.  Therefore it is low in nutrition, unless I do organic.
