I don't know why I was so weak when enticed with cigarettes. Now without cigarettes, I can think of possibilities again. I swear I will never smoke a stick ever. To do that I have to be in the peak state all the time. I must run every day.
This afternoon, I went for my regular walk. I didn't intend to run because I had exercised this morning. However after 10 minutes of walking, I decided to just do it for fun. I tell ya, that is the most relaxing run ever. I breath from my nose and instead of a drudgery, it was a play.
Right there and then I got a glimpse of how my body's like when it is clear from contaminants. I think this past few weeks, due to the diet change (especially with the introduction of the healthy oils and supplements) my cardiovascular system went for a cleanup. I feel relaxed breathing. Also with the sinus gone, I can do deep breathing again.
At first I thought I had conditioned my heart muscle. No I did not. After 20 minutes, I feel that my heart need to do the extra work. I can push on but then I realized, in the long run with persistence and consistency I can be relaxed while I run far and fast. So I stopped running and walked for 30 minutes. The whole thing was done without me huffing and puffing.
All I need to do is condition my heart and legs muscles every day. Furthermore I am already on the way to be fat adapted. So fat adapted and well conditioned muscles is a lethal combination. At the same time I eliminate sugar and starch.
I got until 22/1/19 to get rid of the sugar addiction symptoms. Especially to get rid of this intermittent headache. Since I eat the way I eat now, I no longer crave sugar. If I feel like having something in my mouth, I just suck an Eclipse Mint (the Intense Mint flavor).
This diet certainly makes me lose my craving for cigarettes (although I still salivate when I think of those pesky poisons).
My sexual desire had also tapered as well as my desire to smoke pot. So I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and Sweating am/pm. You can take this formula to the bank baby. This is the formula in becoming an Athlete Warrior.

Dinner tonight was light. Can you imagine Sarah? Mixed veges and beef is light meal to me. Definitely I am convinced not to eat sugar and starch. With a palm size of veges and equal amount of beef, I didn't feel bloated. I could have stopped *the[] and be happy with my dinner, but because I want to make it high fat, I decided to have a slice of salted butter. It was a bad move going with salted. It is better that I take unsalted and pinch myself some Himalayan pink salt. I was thinking that I need more salt that my usual intake. So a salted butter should do the trick, I rationalized.
* Next time I follow my appetite. Anyway today's dinner was good except the butter was too salty.
I was overzealous with the salted butter that I bought 2 at a go. Lesson well learned baby.
