Basically I was controlled by it. Like today, I woke up at 8:30 am instead of 6:00 am. I lost the 7:00 am window of opportunity to exercise.
So might as well manage my state with Morning Show and exercise 10:00 am in the mall.
I intend to skip breakfast and eat lunch at 2:00 pm. That is eating the healthy oils.
Lizzie still bought the Nicorettes but I am determined to quit it after they finish.
The goal is NO TO CIGARETTES.
Then to be thin. Yes to be thin is the answaer,
