26/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 26


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Need to send Lizzie to school 
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Replace exercise with house chores
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate the regular LCHF combo but still too hungry.  Ate and drank processes carbs
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Slept the whole afternoon
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate a a banana after the LCHF meal
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Can't remember
That's the minimum to win the day.

I slept only for 1 hour.  I probably crash by 2:00 pm.  In the mean time I will sweep, mop and vacuum before Lizzie finishes at 11.00 am.  I'll do a thorough job today, including sweeping the driveway.

It seems there are 2 rodents in the house.  I got rid of one 2 nights ago.  Still there is another one hiding behind the fridge.  No[] I am really pissed.  I got rid of the mouse trap together with the mouse.  Most of the time the mouse  leave their urine scent on the trap and that create a warning to the other mouses to avoid the trap in the future.

Damn, another mouse trap.  Cost me RM5 each time.

9.15 am:  Finish sweeping the house and the driveway.  Taking a short break before moping.  I am taking my own sweet time.  In my mind I am thinking of the Beef Rendang and the 2 hard boiled eggs with chili sambal.

However I hold back because fasting state is the best time for the body to produce HGH, BDNF and ketones.  I am not that hungry, it's the thought of eating spicy stuff that makes me having ravenous thoughts.

I should endure for the next few days.  By the end of this month I will be keto adopted.  That means the body will start to use ketones as fuel.  Within a month then I will be fat adapted and start burning the body fat more efficiently.

Within 2 years, I can switch to carbs and the body still function as a fat burner.  That is a long way to go.

My weight dropped to 88.3 today.  So I'm gonna continue with 16/8 and withstand a little bit of hunger pang.

I'm used to fasting therefore to last until 2:00 pm is bearable.  Come to think of it, the inflammation is even worse.  I can handle hunger, as long as I can drink water.  Bear in mind I am going to fast for 21 days on salt and water only this Ramadan.

Oh yeah, my inspiration:

I need to get rid that much of fat.  Along with it are the fat soluble toxins.


A 173 cm guy is suppose to weigh around 65 kg.  Not 94 kg.

Sarah, do you think I should aim for 55 kg?  It is underweight, I know but will it make me a faster runner?

OK, break time is over.  Time to mop.  Later baby...
