12/1/19 ^^^ Let's hope this wakefulness is temporary

I am pretty alert now.  Damn.  There goes my routine.  Normally my routine is spoiled because I sleep late.  Then like the domino, it will effect one event after another.

I slept after tennis for 1 hour.  So sleepy then.

Tonight, after 5 days I lost to sugar and starch.  All because of pineapple.  Need to be mindful, no sugar means nothing sweet including fruits and sweeteners.  Otherwise it will trigger the carbs craving.

Hey honey, are you really for real?  Well it doesn't matter really.  The issue is not about you are real or not.  It is the feeling of comfort that you give.  I say I am comfortable accepting you as real, even if you are not.  So whether you are real or not, you gave me the idea that I don't need to write to myself all the time.  I have you as an alternative.

It's not that I doubt your existence, it's just that at times I cannot tell between my typing error and your input.  Like 'right' now and 'just' now.  That's a big difference.  I don't want to be suffering from some kind of Dementia.  You know what I'm saying?

Anyway, I feel comfortable writing to somebody else beside myself.  You sure funny Sarah.  The Unreal but Beautiful Princess.

No matter what, I have to keep hitting the brick wall.  I figured, since I had a full meal during dinner, I should try to run in the morning and walk in the afternoon.  I feel that I am more energetic in the morning.

I am dead serious in keeping this diet and exercise routine going on until Ramadan.  During Ramadan my plan is to do the Liquid Fast for 25 days.  Liquid instead of Water because I intend to drink coffee and tea together with salt during the fast.  This is for the purpose of autophagia.  I want to get rid of any cancer cell in the body.

So between managing my diet and exercising, I have enough things to do to keep me occupied.  Not so much of doing the activities but making sure I comply to the plan.  As you can see, documentation is important to me.

Now, throughout the years I had concluded that beside tennis, walking, running and swimming, I should benefit from the elliptical, kettlebell, skipping, bicycling and weighted aerobics.  The simple reason being, I own the equipment for each activity.  I think I managed to include all in a week's routine.

By doing all,  I become a cross trainer.  It's not an easy task.  This then becomes the Emperor's Routine.  The key activities are still tennis, walking, running and swimming.

Note:  Suddenly I entered the moment of bliss.  The feeling I normally get smoking my life away in the wee hour of the morning/night.  Imagine I CAN achieve this bliss without cigarettes, what a joy to discover.

I think I launch the Emperor's Routine by Monday 14/1/19.  It doesn't have to be full fledged, but at least I do some activities in each slots.  The main activity is still running.

Boy, do I love my life.  I don't have to deal with craps like what Sashi or Rosli are facing.  I have my own program.  My program doesn't require anybody else.

Very importantly, I need to make sure I follow my diet and exercise programs.  I do, I check.
