Nothing matters except the goals:

  • Breathe fresh air - I think I can handle this
  • Weight 65 kg - On the right track for 31/5/19
  • Speed 10 km/hr - In progress.  only 20% execution.
Until the end of this month I will walk am and pm.  Need the momentum.  This inflammation is getting on my way.

2018 is the closure to 20 years of turmoil:
  • No more 3 Cs
  • No Sugar and Starch
  • No more manic depressive episodes
  • No more late night sleeps
  • No more excessive spendings
  • No more MLM
  • No more bad investments
  • No more bad relationships
All I got to do is be the best Athlete Warrior I can be:
  • Eat 16/8 LCHF
  • Follow the Emperor's Routine
  • Stay away from sugar and starch for LIFE
  • Stay away from cigarettes for as long as I live
  • Get rid of Bipolar for good by not smoking dope
  • Read as much as I can
  • Listen to Spotify
Looking at this photos, makes me realize that being healthy, thin and fast are what really matter if I want to continue living for the next 50 years.



Just stick to the knitting for the next 4 months:
  1. 25th - 31st January:  Run/Walk 2 x a day and fat adapted
  2. Feb - Apr:  Start Emperor's Routine
  3. May:  21 days Water Fasting - this is to lose 20 kg.
I d[i]n't have much time.
