At 4:00 pm I was so hungry that I ate cheese and butter. I was still hungry and so I added the scone, strawberry preserves and red bean bun.
In a way I had breached the protocol but I think it was well justified. I tried the cheese and butter first. When that didn't work I went for the carbs.
