5/1/19 ^^^Monthly Budget

I am OK now honey.  The test is tomorrow morning.  I should be able to exercise for 1 hour as planned.  I just do a 1 hour Brisk Walk.

Budget for 2 Months

  • MCT Oil @ RM30 x 2 = 60
  • Habasyi 88 Black Seed Oil 210 capsules = 65
  • Blackmore 1000 mg Fish Oil 120 x 2 + 30 capsules = 77
  • Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar = 22
Total:  RM224

MCT produces ketones.  I can get the same effect by doing intermittent fasting.  Must only eat after 2:00 pm.

So I still have RM75 per month for petty purchases.  I don't intend to buy any clothes this year and I already bought a new running shoes.


I need a tennis shoes end of year = RM250

I planned to buy a Jaybird X3, very unlikely = RM400

That's about it.

No new clothes for Big Day, I have 3 that I only use on[]e a year.

I also need RM80 to register for the half marathon.

So if I want to buy the Jaybird, I hold back the tennis shoes.  It still lasts.

It also depends if I will get RM1 k bonus this year from Princess.  Times are bad. So I'm not expecting much.

My point is, I want to stop begging for RM2 k every Ramadan from Konek.  I want to be independent.  Plus I want to get rid as many smokers as possible from my life.

Smokers are bad news.  If I can avoid RR and BJ, I will do that.  The only problem is we had been meeting for the past 13 years.  They are the two friends that I can still count.

Just now Princess' friends came to visit.  They were smokers.  I almost out of impulse asked for a cigarette from them.

It is not an addiction.  Cigarettes is a life long conditioning.

This year I am determined to make a difference.

Mentally, emotionally, physically and financially... in my own little way.

I will set the record straight at the age of 55.  This is the year I ascend.

I will win 1 day at a time:
  • Wake up latest 7:00 am
  • Exercise 1 hour in the morning
  • Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm
  • Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon
  • Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
  • Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.

In the end what are my take away points?  None other than health and happiness.  I must attain these two markers, by whatever means.
