14/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 9

I will win 1 day at a time:

  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 12:00 pm with a headache
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - There goes morning exercise
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Yes it works, no hunger
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Inflammation right foot
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - I feel great after meal.  This is what food should be; rejuvenating
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot.  Got doctor's appointment
That's the minimum to win the day.

Today I launched the Emperor's Routine Program.  I fumbled on first day.

It's a good thing that I have daily KPI to monitor my progress.  From there I can see that it is not easy to achieve 100% compliance.

Besides, I also monitor my weight and vital signs that I am watching like a hawk.

Arthritis or uric acid (I don't know which one) is still hurting my right leg.  These are the kind of things I have to deal with if I am overweight.

NO SUGAR & STARCH = NO MORE INFLAMMATION = NO CIGARETTE CRAVINGS = LOSE 30 KG = FAT ADAPTED = BETTER ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE.

So 65 kg is my passage towards becoming a free man.

I got to dump 30 kg.  Let this be the reminder:




I am a borderline hypertension and I have the symptoms of prediabetic.  I have to do this, NO SUGAR AND STARCH.  On top of that I have to deal with paliperidone and lithium.  I have to stand my ground and fight.  Not only fight but actually win.

I can do this, I did it only 4 years ago.  I lost my grip because I was hospitalized right after that.  My condition now is the effect of 4 years not managing my health.  Well no more.  I am in charge again.


It's easy to say that to stay healthy is to avoid sugar and starch.  How to do it?  This is my recipe:

  • 1:00 pm - ACV and Vitamin C
  • 2:00 pm - Magnesium, Vitamin B Complex, Fish Oil, Black Seed Oil, MCT Oil and Salted Butter
  • 8:00 pm - LCHF Meal:  Protein and Veges
  • 10:00 pm - Magnesium
In the meantime, I let Taylor Swift take the lead to inspire me.

98 kg to 56 kg in 2 months

It is doable

I will not take any diets supplement.  What I want to show is a reference to a 56 kg person.  To small for me.  So I should stick to my plan to go for 65 kg.

I have 4 1/2 months to hit my target.  Come 31/5/19  I will be an Athletic Warrior.




I have to take it that I am allergic to carbs.  So no sugar and starch whatsoever.

An Athlete Warrior like a Hunter Gatherer, eat 80% fat.

Fasting is at least 12 hour for autophagia.  9 pm - 2 pm fasting is 17 hours fasting.

Overweight leads to:
  • Heart disease
  • Kidney failure
Most of the time, a high uric acid level occurs when your kidneys don't eliminate uric acid efficiently. Things that may cause this slow-down in the removal of uric acid include rich foods, being overweight, having diabetes, taking certain diuretics (sometimes called water pills) and drinking too much alcohol.

All disease begins with INFLAMMATION:  To much toxic in the body.
