8/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 3


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - woke up at 10:45 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - missed the window
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - eat healthy oils and butter
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - need to send car for repair
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - ate LCHF dinner
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Dry the laundry
That's the minimum to win the day.

Today's dream is not that bad and I had less interruption sleeping.

I dreamt  of looking at the cyclical graph of the bipolar and discussing it with the doctor.  I also  smoked a stick of cigarette.  So the pressure is on to recover.

Maybe I need the extra sleep and the rest today.  I slowly ease into being active again.  I lost 1 kg so far.

80% of weight loss is due to to diet.
