28/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 28

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Wake up at 6:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Let see if I can do a 30 minutes interval run
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Did a 16/8 with extra 60 grams of carbs
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Too sleepy
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate early dinner at 6:00 pm
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - On schedule
That's the minimum to win the day.

The interval run was not that good.  I had not fully recovered.  However, for starting the week, it is superb. I am anytime better than slouching on a chair.  Plus, consider that I only had 2 hours of intermittent sleep.

Watching Ted Bundy series this morning.  I wonder what's the fuss was to Micheal Shermer.

A bit fatigue today.  Therefore increased carbs intake during lunch.
