12/1/19 4 1/2 month to go to 10 km/hour.

I got to run today.  I only stop running when I have inflammation.  I have to keep hitting the brick wall until I have a breakthrough.

It doesn't matter if I run for 30 minutes.  The key is I run.  I got to keep on pushing the limit.

Note:  I didn't even make it for 3 minutes.  It didn't feel right.  I felt tight and my breathing was not smooth.  On top of that, I lacked food for energy.  I am not fully fat adapted yet.

The spirit was there; I was not going back to the 20 years of torment.  Let 2018 be the cut off point.  2019 is another cycle altogether.  I am ready to move forward.
