I can do 16/8 LCHF. It's not rocket science. Just be consistent.
I need to clear my lungs, get rid of inflammation and keep my heart strong.
I have to make it that this year is the year I start to SAY NO TO SUGAR AND STARCH. Do not take sugar and starch ever. That's the mistake I made in 2014 and my weight had been increasing since.

2019 is the year I ascend:
- Starting with no sugar and starch
- Eat 16/8 LCHF
- No 3 Cs (the last C is pretty hard to say no)
- Exercise everyday (even if it's just for 1 hour)
These commitment is for 22 years.

Save money whenever possible.
- Do not eat out (this is RM15 a meal including parking)
- Do not travel unnecessarily
- No more clothes for the next 5 years
- No more expensive perfumes, nowadays I can get a Polo Blue for RM140
- Don't electronic gadget like Jaybird X3 and battery dependent stuff
- Save RM50 a month (this is to save for shoes)
- Cap running shoes cost at RM350 a year
- No drinking other than water, black coffee and Japanese tea
- Cycle to Bukit Kiara? Is it safe to leave the bike there?
I feel so good after dinner. Very alert and uplifting. Right foot is still painful.
