1/2/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 32


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - To Sleepy
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate peanut butter bread and chocolate bun
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No go today
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm -  Totally a goner, Merry Brown Rice and Naan Cheese
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Purposely sleeps late since this afternoon I slept like a log
That's the minimum to win the day.

First thing that comes to mind:  eat.  I am back to the old mindset.  Need to stop this kind of thoughts.

Then I thought, the reason I am not into religion is because I am a liberal.

I am losing my grip on LCHF.

Started Nicorette before I get back to smoking again.  Thank goodness.  I am starting to get depressed.

Let's conclude that dope makes me crazy.  No more dope.

However, I say, it is OK to be crazy as long as I am entertaining my own crazy thoughts.  That the crazy thoughts don't interfere with others.  Although it is not real, it is just another alternate reality.  I don't have to subscribe to the thoughts of the masses.

According to Dr Amapreet, it is OK to be in hypomania.  I say it's OK to have divergent thoughts.  I am ready to live with my own quirky reality to a certain extent.

You see, once I write something unconventional in my Blogspot, its ranking in my Google search moved to page 1.  Kinda ironic isn't it?  As if Google is agreeing with what I write.

Anyway, I'm glad I am on Nicorette.  As least I am not depressed.
