10/1/19 ^^^Gearing for the Half Marathon

This is what I like about exercising; the after shower feeling.  I feel like a million dollar.   Where nothing can go wrong.  This is a wonderful sensation.

I met a friendly runner named Kit just now.  Straight away I told him I am training for the half marathon.  He was quite supportive.  He asked me if I train morning and afternoon.  Immediately I said yes.  Kinda making a personal commitment to myself.

I think I make it a standard to view this picture every day:


There, that's the amount of fat I got to shred in 5 months.

As I was exercising just now, I cannot help but feel amazed by the amount of time that I have at my disposal.  All I need is 2 hours out of my 24 hours (8%) to spend on sweating and I am set for life.

Since this is about being thin, how about  I take stock the thousands of Ringgit of clothes I can wear when I am 65 kg:

Festival Clothes:
  • Purple Baju Melayu
  • Batik
Special Occasion:
  • Mandarin collar shirt
  • Armani Shirt Blue
  • Armani Shirt Gray

Let's look at casual pants:
  • 2 Timberland Cargo
  • Military pants
  • Beige Cargo
  • 3 cargo shorts
OK the idea is not to replace these with bigger clothes but to STOP EXPANDING my belly.

With the time that I have I can actually trade that for an ideal body.




My thing is running and swimming.  I will stick to these two until I make it.  Gotta keep pushing it.  All it takes is 5 months.

I will not give in to circumstances.  I make my own circumstances.


80 kg is good, 65 kg is even better,  Think of all the clothes I can wear as opposed to now where I have to wear XL.  I am going for M.  That means I drop 3 size down.  No sugar, no starch.



I CAN reduce to where I was 10 years back.  Now is to go back 30 years.
