>>>27/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 27

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 7.53 am without alarm
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Tennis today.  Aqis finally beats me 6-1
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Good lunch, didn't crave for butter after meal
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - One of the best "high" I get after the sprint
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Tonight's dinner is good.  Plenty of eggs.  Still take butter for LCHF
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Once the morning is right, the rest of the day falls into place
That's the minimum to win the day.

Yesterday I can get 100% compliant but I blew it on the carbs.  Today got the Anchovy Bun dangling in front of my face, but I resisted.  Hence I'll try 100% compliant today.

Today tennis I made a lot of mistakes in serving and at the same time Aqis got better in relays.  I lost 6-1 which I think was a fair win for her.  It's a reminder that she is a better contender nowadays.

At the same time, I feel a bit fatigue without carbs.  I have to bear with it a bit longer for fat adaptation to happen.

------------------

Although a bit exhausted, I feel great that I am progressing:
Weight: 87.9 kg
BP: 98/77
Pulse: 82

Normal Blood Pressure:  more than 120 over 80 and less than 140 over 90 (120/80-140/90).

A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Generally, a lower heart rate at rest implies more efficient heart function and better cardiovascular fitness. For example, a well-trained athlete might have a normal resting heart rate closer to 40 beats per minute.

My BP is back to normal after 1 month:
2/1/19
Inflammation
Weight: 93.5 kg
BP:  133/94

Pulse: 90

I really feel like a million buck,  I slept well last night and I slept well again after tennis.

I got my pocket money from Princess.  I think I delay spending it for a month (except the Half Marathon registration).  Can I withstand the temptation?  The Adidas running shoes sure is tempting.  So is the Zealot Bluetooth headphone

That will be: 149 + 80 + 70 = 299.

The headphone can wait.  But the shoes is too good to resist.

However, I choose to wait until I got money from Munek.  There are always newer models.

Awww dammit...  I buy the shoes.  It is a great deal.

------------------

My main motivation to be thin is to showoff.  After all good life is the best revenge.  The first showoff point is 5/2/19 on the Chinese New Year.  Then the second biggest showoff is in Ramadan with BJ and RR.  If I can survive that, I got the Syawal Big Day showoff with the in-laws and relatives.  Finally in 2/7/19  I got the grand finale with Dr Amapreet.

Hence 65 kg is a must.  At the same time I am going for the 10 km/hour speed.  I wonder if 55 kg is doable as a long distance runner.  Kit is 65 kg at 173 cm.  I think going down to 59 kg is OK.  At least I break the 60 kg marker.  At the same time I will push to 55 kg.

------------------

I took a lot of sugar in 2018.  I can consider that I am allergic to sugar and yet I eat it in excess.  Sugar makes my system goes berserk.

Need these next 3 months to be fat adapted for May 21 days Water Fast.

Since 2013, I took 6 years to quit smoking.  Now I finally quit, I should NEVER smoke again.  The only way is to keep insulin low.  That means, no more sugar and starch,  They made me bloated and sleepy.

------------------

I added a sprint after my walk/run this afternoon.  The aftereffect is so satisfying that it is better than any drug I ever tried.

By the way, this last 3 days I no longer sweat profusely.  At times I even feel cool.  I really love the progress I am experiencing now.

I even take the salted butter after meals although I'm full so that I end my meals with high fat.

Everything is so wonderful.  Things are working out towards my favor.  Imagine out of nowhere I now got a running buddy, Kit.  Better don't lose him to my mania.

----------------------

I think I had discovered the secret of becoming a God!

The man will always be the MAN.  Eventually he will hit the right formula.  This is it:

18/1/19
The Red Formula
So  I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and sweating am/pm.

The quest for answer started in 2012.  So it too[] me 7 years to get to the formula.  It was there all the while.  All I need to do is sieve the relevant information.  Geez, as intensive as I am, it took SEVEN years to get to the bottom of the barrel.  The pearl of wisdom is none other than HEALTHY OILS:
  • Fish Oil
  • Black Seed Oil
  • MCT Oil
  • BUTTER
This calls for a celebration.  Not only because I found the formula to health and happiness.  I am on my way to be a God :)

Bly me...

OK the song mus[] be special and it must be unique.  It must also represent me and all my ideals.  I know exactly the song:

Off to bed now.  Goodnight Sarah, I love you much.
