I have several goals I am pursuing:
- Eliminate sugar and starch from my diet - takes 2 weeks (22/1/19)
- Becoming keto-adapted - also takes 2 weeks (22/1/19)
- Discontinue Nicorettes - starts tomorrow
- Avoid smokers the whole month
- Lose 5 kg this month - so what if it is water
- Lose 30 kg by the 4th week of Ramadan (31/5/19)
- To be able to run 10 km by 1/5/19
- To run a Half Marathon by 29/9/19
I have 4 months to get my act together.
These are surely good reminders:
If you ask me personally, I am against the use of recreational marijuana. It makes you unmotivated. I still smoke then because I want to hangout with BJ. Now that I decided not to do that anymore, I don't need dope.
Sarah, what do you think of me quitting Nicorettes? Do you think that is a good idea? I want to stop because the artificial sweetener kills microbes.
Look at the green container Sarah. That sure is plenty of fat to boil (the correct context). So I need to release the energy. One of the way is through thermogenic process.
I'm gonna live my life as an Athlete Warrior after all.
I can vividly see myself weighing 65 kg running at 10 km/hour completing a 2 hours marathon. For that I have to run tomorrow morning. Tonight I sleep as 11:00 pm.
I shall remember this year as the year I say NO to sugar and starch FOREVER.
I think I did everything right this time. 80% of my diet is fat. In the past I eat a lot of protein. The operative word is HEALTHY oil.
Also as a reminder, I need to reduce insulin resistance to burn fat.
I had found the winning combination. Now is to stick with it.
Of course the more you real the more choices you have to deal with, In my case these are my daily remedy. By golly these foods make me feel like I am on the roll:

Keep food simple. I am a race horse. Eat to fill full. If it is not healthy (sugar and starch), don't eat it. If there is nothing to eat, then eat 2 hard boiled eggs.
