I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Slept at 4:45 am, wake up 7:45 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Rest
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Pancakes + butter and honey for breakfast.
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Rain
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Did it.
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep on time. I feel lethargic.
That's the minimum to win the day.

Well since I am thinking like the Almighty now, might as well purge it all out. Of course the desire for excellence is there. Excellence equals delight to the Universe Within. And so begin my 22 years journey towards virtual perfection. That comes as a package on being God. The Creator cannot be a creator if he is [] mediocre being. He must be able to perform at the very least.
Which brings me to the next point. Being a God is about creating and the most powerful energy is procreation. So being a God is about sex, sex, sex and more sex. I will be lying if I say being enlighten has nothing to do with sex. It's a damn horny experience.
Therefore I expect plenty of sex in the afterlife. The Turbine Spiral is like a big cauldron or a blender of sex. All the time, the inhabitants getting high and having sex.
Therefore back to our model: Unconditional Love > Feeling of Certainty > Brutal Sex Drive > Transmutation to Work Activities > Excellence as a Way of Life.
In summary, a God's job is to create and procreate.

Back to the thoughts of being God. Externally i[s] doesn't mean anything much. But internally it moved me from being a micro loft into becoming a mansion. It's the same effect when people moved from a flat earth model to the Copernicus' heliocentric model. The perception expanded.
Here I am, pushing my limits every day so I can go beyond. I am no longer afraid of dreaming big. A marathon, in this case is a possibility. Cutting sugar is another possibility. So is becoming fat adapted and weighing 65 kg running a 10 km/hour race. With all these, quit smoking is just a dwarf by comparison.
