12/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 7


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Rise and shine for tennis.
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Looks like a fine day for tennis.
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm  - At 3:00 pm I wasn't hungry.  Postponed to 4:00 pm
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - 5:45 pm, I am set to run at 6:30 pm
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate a LCHF diet including salted butter but carbs binge 1 hour after.
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Ready to sleep by 11:00 am.  Damn, totally alert.

That's the minimum to win the day.



I still got a long way to go.  Today I weigh 90.7 kg.  Already I feel better and lighter.  I still got some 260 days to go.

I need to boil away all these fats.  All 30 kg of it:


These guys did it.  So can I:

One year effort, no sugar and starch.

Lost 145 lb in 14 months
In 16 months - from 58 inches belly to 34 1/2 inches


Tennis was excellent.  Not because the game was good but rather I feel extremely well.  Even after the game I felt like being cleansed from inside out.  Water was as satisfying if not more satisfying than cigarettes.  

It is a major achievement to be satisfied with just air and water.

Eat for energy, eat so that you won't get hungry.  Food is nutrition, not poison.  Sugar and starch are the main poisons.  Know thy enemy.


Look at Mark Sisson.  Sure he lives is California where there are lots of sunshine and open space but the point is, he make do with what he got.


I too have plenty of sunshine and open space.  I got to make the best of what I have.  If the outdoor is not enough, I have the elliptical, I have the bicycle and if I want to be up market, I can always swim in The Club.

I want to be light.  I can feel the lightness now in my bloodstream but I still carry the 30 kg extra weight.  Imagine, 1/3 of my weight is not needed.  Yes, I will follow this formula:

So  I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and Sweating am/pm.



I have [] make a firm commitment to no longer eat sugar (the number one offender) and starch, the runner up.  These are poisons.  Once I do away with carbs cravings and I am fat adapted, I will no longer need to eat carbs.  That will be  2 weeks from now - 22/1/19.

I cannot do away with protein and fat but I can do away with carbs.  Feel hungry?  Eat fat.  Eat butter.  Never, never eat sugar and starch.

The key is to train the body to use the stored fat.  That can only be done through two methods:
  • When the body stops producing insulin - when I stop eating sugar and starch
  • When the body starts producing ketones - when I eat 16/8 LCHF
In the mean time Taylor Swift is motivating me to give up sugar and starch.  It's not that bad.  I have all the stuff.  All I need to do is eat 16/8 LCHF and exercise.  Go easy in the exercise because that is only 20% of of the process.

You see, many people don't know (including my neighbor David).  The main thing is eat high fat.  Eat healthy fat until you  feel full.  This is to train the body to burn body fat.

It's not that difficult.  I am not fat adapted yet.  But once I am fat adapted...  wooooohoooo!  Unlimited storage of energy.  I can run and run like Faz Fazrin.  Even he didn't know that to curb appetite is simply to EAT HEALTHY OIL.

I can do this, I can feel it.  One of the immediate benefits is the body feels cool.  Shucks, I look forward to get rid of the inflammations.

I am very motivated to get rid of THIRTY KG of fat.  I know I can do wonders at 65 kg.

So long 20 years of roller coaster life.  The next 22 years will be an ascending journey.  First it was cigarettes, next is sugar and starch.  Then in 2022 I tackle the fucking  medication.

Now, cigarettes and dope are the things of the past.  An Athlete Warrior will not put carcinogens in his lungs.

It's a different playing field now.  In this game, I start from zero and move North.  I no longer deal with the negatives.

I still had not figured out how to maintain cheerful.  In the meantime I leave it to Taylor to handle it.

With the time that I have, I should be able to train my level best EVERY YEAR!

This guy manage to get rid of 30 kg.

It can be done.  5 months is doable.  Then I intensify the half marathon training the next 4 months.

Everybody fights his own battle.  You need the right strategy to win,  I think I have the winning formula.  I just do, do, do.  As a fact, I have a better radio station even, 987 Singapore.  I am on the roll here.
