2/1/18 I have to stay focus

Today I managed to do the Mall Walk for 1 hour.

Unfortunately I I ate the Food Truck rice.

Today is the second day of 2019.  I have to do things differently from 2018.  For a start, since Els is not interested in me, I shift focus to Lite.

The good thing is I am physically [] to pursue my run.  No muscle ache.  This afternoon, I will go for my run again.  As long as I maintain active I should be OK.

I ONLY HAVE FIVE MONTHS TO TRAIN FOR 10 KM.

After exercising I feel very clear headed,  No stress whatsoever.

My BP had improved much:

BP:  133/94
Pulse: 90

2019 is the beginning of the ascend to Athlete Warrior.  No mania, no distraction.  I must stay committed to the training itinerary.
