21/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 21


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - I slept at 2:00 am, carbs binge and woke up at 12.45 pm
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning -  Totally out of sync 
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Lunch to the rescue but ate chocolate bread with strawberry preserve
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Slept the whole day through
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Dinner to the rescue today
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - I slept so much that I am not sleepy at 11:00 pm.  I got to sleep by 12:00 am

That's the minimum to win the day.

My worst performing day and it happened on exactly the third week.  Still no running on the third week.  I got to do it.  I got another 17 week to go.

Tomorrow I got to wake up early and walk/run.  I have to start pushing the limit.
