29/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 29


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6.45 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Feeling fatigue.  Decided to take it easy today.  Rest Day.
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Took LCHF for breakfast and eat bread with peanut butter for  lunch
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Rest Day
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had chicken and veges
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Need to make this a habit 
That's the minimum to win the day.

I finished watching the Ted Bundy series.  It kinda leave me with a feeling that I might be going towards a similar path if I didn't control myself.  Pretty scary thought this mental illness is.

Being psychotic means you can't control your deviant actions.

I was amazed that the judge allowed him to defend himself.  My thinking is the judge was just playing along with him to see how crazy can he be.

I had an early morning LCHF breakfast.  I had been constantly hungry since last night and my energy just fizzled.  This was to see if I can bounce back from this slump.

Definitely today I need to rest.

Desire to smoke cigarettes and dope crept in.  Followed by a mild depression.  Indeed time to rest.

I slept the whole day through.  Need to ride with the wave.  I am sure as long as I stick to the formula, I will make it.  Keep eating high fat. keep IF and keep exercising daily.

Quitting Sugar

I still feel fatigued sleepy even after dinner.   Definitely signs of low sugar.  However, I refuse to give in especially after eating bread this afternoon.  I got to break the addiction.

The only person that understand my ambition to lose 37 kg is Dr Amapreet.  Therefore I got to prove to her that I can do it in 5 months.  The key here is for me to be fat adapted.  This next 3 months I need to SAY NO TO SUGAR AND STARCH no matter what.

No more 3-in-one coffee.

I need to lose 17 kg by May.  Then I need to lose 20 kg by just consuming water, salt and coffee only for 21 days.  But first I need to fight the SUGAR ADDICTION.

SUGAR, SUGAR, SUGAR.  It is the source of my health problems:

  1. Gout
  2. Inflammation
  3. Mood Swing
  4. Depression
  5. Cigarette Cravings
  6. Desire to smoke dope
  7. Overweight
  8. High Blood Pressure
  9. Prediabetic symptoms
  10. Lethargy
  11. Short of breath
  12. Sleepiness

I am already on the right track.  The ultimate test is the disappearance of inflammation and the blurry eyes in the morning.
