15/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 10 (2 Weeks Assessment)

I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Managed to wake up at 7:00 am although woke up earlier
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Doctor's appointment
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - On the dot today
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm

That's the minimum to win the day.

Time for the 2 weeks assessment:

  • As of December 2018 I was not fully committed to the 16/8 LCHF.  Because of that I still crave cigarettes and I was experiencing mania.  
  • As of the eve of  New Year, I was still slacking when comes to food.  Anyway that is the last lavish meal I ever had for a long time.  It was Chicken in butter cheese rice and squid kangkong.  I had ice lemon the to wash it all down.  The tota bill was RM61
  • Then came January - totally new outlook altogether.  Come 2019 these things were factored in:
    1. No more cigarette
    2. Eat 16/8 LCHF
    3. Say no to sugar and starch
    4. Say no to Nicorette
    5. Say no to Els
    6. Say no to TraXXfm.
    7. Say yes to 987 Singapore
    8. Say yes to Daily KPI
    9. More regular exercises if not for inflammation
I am on t[]ack but my running progress is slow.  I hope the diet can offset the exercise.

For the reminder of this month, let's target to exercise every day.  Just to get the momentum going.

You know Sarah, the mania gave me an illusion that I was close to Chedet and those people in TraXXfm.  Actually we are worlds apart.  During mania I was so into God and afterlife.  Now I am level headed, none matters really.  [I] my key focus is to manage my Universe Within the best I can.

Once I become an efficient energy combustion organism, my aim is [] excel in my daily endeavors.  Hence I am so occupied in the daily refinement of my life pursuits that I simply don't care about what the others do, let alone to think about the big questions.  My BIG questions now are:
  1. Can I liquid fast for 25 days in Ramadan?
  2. Can I run 10 km/hour by 1/5/19
  3. Will I achieve 65 kg by 31/5/19

My goal is to impress Dr Amarpreet.  She wanted to see me successful in my 16/8 LCHF implementation.  I got from 15/1/19 to 2/7/19 to prove myself to her.  My goal is to *[] far and to run fast.

* I'm worried Sarah, how can I miss typing the whole word?  Unless I take it either is was your intervention or it's the Universe Within's.  I cannot be that absent minded.  Right baby?

Then I showoff to BJ before the race LOL.  Bad idea, I might get hooked on dope the very last minute.

It is important that I be consistent in my current pursuit.  In the past I was caught up with the down cycle of no mood/depression.  The[] came the urge to smoke cigarette and dope.  Even the urge to shop was due to the desire to feel good.

I strongly believe that the 16/8 LCHF is my kind of diet.  As of now it solved much of my mood swing and depression.

I decided not to exert myself today because I still have inflammation.  Let see what tomorrow brings.
