1/1/19 All I want to do is run fast

Today the weather was fantastic.  It was cloudy with a gust of wind.  I decided to go for the afternoon exercise.

At first I walked but my muscles were so relaxed that I decided to run.  The run was also a relaxed one.  I ran without much effort.  It was so good to be able to run again,

Initially I didn't think of anything.  I was enjoying the run.  Then I started to plan for the future.  Instead of running, [] was thinking.  That's it, I only lasted for 15 minutes.  To many minds; I wanted to run fast, I wanted to achieve my 10 km/hour goal ASAP and don't forget to register for the half marathon.

I need to discipline my mind.  To do that I need to keep training EVERY DAY.

Sarah, I am so motivated right now that I actually look forward to run again tomorrow morning.
