24/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 24


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 6:45 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Had breakfast and started reading a new book
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate between 3:00 pm and 4:30 pm
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Did a brisk walk even after rain 
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - A true LCHF dinner.  Felt so satisfying.  Even water tastes great.
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - On the dot with the sleep
That's the minimum to win the day.

Not sure if I should exercise in the morning.  Gosh, I am so bored.  I was thinking of smoking dope with BJ.  Nope.  Not a good alternative.

Boredom is an early sign of depression.  I will feel good if I exercise but I just recovered from an inflammation.  I probably go for a Mall Walk a bit later.

Looking back at 2018, I had pretty serious episodes of hypomania.  Luckily I was dealing with TraXXfm and not individuals like 1999.

How do I sum up the whole experience?  

I say the whole phase including everything related to my experience being God are the effects of the dopamine surge.

Looking back, even the prayer to be the Creator's most loyal soldier was the effect of dopamine on the brain.  Meditations and prayers can induce such an effect.

Even when I run, I am inducing dopamine.  Gosh, I need to be careful with my dopamine inducing activities.

I can repair it with the right diet.

Can you believe?  Everything about us is not even governed by the neurons but rather at the neurotransmitters level; we are a bunch of chemical concoctions.

I think I read something about the nonexistence of God.  But then Brenda said there is a God and that God is me.

So I leave it as that.

DO NOT EAT CARBS.  That is the main theme.  I need to be fat adapted by end of this month.  I had seen the damage done by too much carbs; the inflammation, the mood swings, mold at toe nail and the weight gain.

Eat salt and butter to feel full.

All I have to do is condition my mind to no longer enjoy the taste of sugar and starch FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.   

I am hungry right now.  Wait for 10 minutes, it's like cigarettes craving.

This boy can do it.  From 130 kg to 60 kg in 3 years.  It didn't require intelligence or hard work.  All it takes is discipline, persistence and consistency.

What is amazing is the skin turns fairer and they look younger.

By 31/5/19  I will achieve my goals to be fat adapted, to weight 65 kg and to run 10 km/hour.

Besides: 
  • I need to run far and run fast
  • I need to get rid of inflammation
  • I need to be as light as possible
  • I need to be fat adapted
  • I need to look good in my clothes
Yes, I want this to be my small win this year.  When I weight 65 - 55 kg, I become a true runner.

It's not that I'm happy that I exercise, it's because I exercise that I am happy.

Tonight's dinner was superb:
  • 2 Beef Patties
  • 2 Fried Eggs
  • Salad
  • Spinach
I feel marvelous!  My mood is fantastic.
