Of course my darling Special Purpose Vehicle is Taylor Swift Discography.

Yes, I mean it.  I already have the formula.  Two formulas:

 So  I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and Sweating am/pm. 

NO SUGAR & STARCH = NO MORE INFLAMMATION = NO CIGARETTE CRAVINGS = LOSE 30 KG = FAT ADAPTED = BETTER ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE.

The formulas are there, JUST DO IT!


I am claiming everything that is mine; my sanity, my health, my dreams and even my wardrobe.  I can't be denied.  I have all the resources to make it a 4 hour marathon in 2020.

The test bed is 9 months from now.  I got to scale down to 65 kg.  I am a long distance runner and I am on a Vision Quest.  This is no leisure  ride in the park.  This is putting Peak Performance Principle to test.  This is the making of an Athlete Warrior.

This year target, Half Marathon 2 hours.  That is the test bed.  The key is sustainable energy and daily conditioning.


So fat adapted and well conditioned muscles is a lethal combination.  At the same time I eliminate sugar and starch.

Damn, this Taylor Swift Discography is really hitting the right note.  I am as motivated as hell.

Sarah, my darling.  instead of doing Cybernetic Loop randomly, for the next 5 months I let my Swords condition me.

My third playlist is Iron Maiden Discography.  I am not complicated Sarah, these 3 are all that I need to keep me focus.  Occasionally I switch to 987 Singapore.  TraXXfm was a lost cause.  I was in mania.
