I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - I did it today. Woke up at 6:40 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Still inflamed
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - I am still hungry after meal. Ate some carbs.
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Still inflamed, took a 1 hour nap
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ayam Penyet to the rescue
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Purposely sleep late
That's the minimum to win the day.
I dreamt of my grandma last night. I said we are in heaven, so no need to solat. She listened to me and skip her Isyak's solat. I told her not to die and live until 95. In reality she died at 93.
I think if we eat more healthy oils, we can live a long happy life. I consider healthy oils as clean energy. Protein is not clean because in excess it makes the body acidic.
Although ACV is acidic, upon consumption it makes the body alkaline. The same effect when you consume lemon.

Can't wait to be fat adapted. Then I can run and run. Only 2 weeks. The healing crisis is still happening.
Fauja Singh
Born 1st April 1911
108 of age in 2019
At 89 years, he took seriously to running and ended up in international marathon events. When he first turned up for training at Redbridge, Essex, he was dressed in a three-piece suit. The coach had to rework everything, including his attire. Singh ran his first race, the London Marathon, in 2000.[24] According to his coach, he used to run up to 20 kilometres easily and wanted to run a marathon, thinking it to be just 26 kilometres and not 26 miles (42 kilometres). It was after he realised this that he began training seriously.[25]
Singh shot to fame when, at the age of 93, he completed the 26.2 mile distance in 6 hours and 54 minutes. This knocked 58 minutes off the previous world best for anyone in the 90-plus age bracket.[5]
Singh is 172 cm (5 ft 8 in) tall and weighs 52 kg (115 lb). He attributes his physical fitness and longevity to abstaining from smoking and alcohol and to following a simple vegetarian diet.[26] He has been quoted as saying "I am very careful about different foods. My diet is simple phulka, dal, green vegetables, yogurt and milk. I do not touch parathas, pakoras, rice or any other fried food. I take lots of water and tea with ginger. ... I go to bed early taking the name of my Rabba (God) as I don’t want all those negative thoughts crossing my mind."[5]
Speaking about the marathon, he said: "The first 20 miles are not difficult. As for last six miles, I run while talking to God."

Today I have a nagging hunger because I think I had KFC chickens with chili sauce and coleslaw last night. All have hidden sugar that caused me to have hunger craving until today. Just a theory.
I cut off from Nicorettes today.
Body feel cold due to the thermogenic effect of LCHF. Usually I will perspire with a bit of motion or temperature increase.

I am making a small daily deposit investing in my health now. In 22 years I will reap the benefit. It's like the ASB. I make the investment now, in 10 years it doubles. In 20 years it quadruples.
The difference between investing in health as compared to financial is as I make the daily deposits, I benefit form it straight away.
What counts is the next 4 1/2 months when I am 65 kg, wearing my wardrobe, being physically fit and smoke free showing off to BJ and RR. Then in 2/7/19 I will have my highlight with Amarpreet before proceeding to the Half Marathon in 29/9/19.
Happiness comes form robust health;
Robust health comes from good diet and exercise;
Good diet and exercise come from Red Formula;
Finally, wealth is to live below my means but within my needs.
The Red Formula:
So I am talking about getting rid of the 3 Cs by tackling the SS through 16/8 LCHF and sweating am/pm.
