6/1/19 The 6 Points to Winning Day 1

I will win 1 day at a time:
  • Wake up latest 7:00 am - woke up at 7:30 am
  • Exercise 1 hour in the morning - still got inflammation
  • Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - only take anchovy bun, oil and butter
  • Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - sending stuff to Sarah
  • Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - ate Double Cheese Burger and Peanut Butter and Strawberry Preserve Sandwich 
  • Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.

I didn't sleep well.  My throat was dry.  Symptom of diabetes.  

Common warnings signs of diabetes include:
  • Increased thirst.
  • Increased hunger (especially after eating)
  • Dry mouth.
  • Frequent urination or urine infections.
  • Unexplained weight loss (even though you are eating and feel hungry)
  • Fatigue (weak, tired feeling)
  • Blurred vision.
  • Headaches

I must do something drastic to reverse my health condition.  Otherwise I will be part of the statistic.  CARBS IS THE CULPRIT.

It's about diet and lifestyle change.
