I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - woke up at 7:30 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - still got inflammation
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - only take anchovy bun, oil and butter
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - sending stuff to Sarah
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - ate Double Cheese Burger and Peanut Butter and Strawberry Preserve Sandwich
- Sleep at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.

I didn't sleep well. My throat was dry. Symptom of diabetes.
Common warnings signs of diabetes include:
- Increased thirst.
- Increased hunger (especially after eating)
- Dry mouth.
- Frequent urination or urine infections.
- Unexplained weight loss (even though you are eating and feel hungry)
- Fatigue (weak, tired feeling)
- Blurred vision.
- Headaches
I must do something drastic to reverse my health condition. Otherwise I will be part of the statistic. CARBS IS THE CULPRIT.
