13/1/19 Time sure flies

Definitely this afternoon I will push my limits again.  I will try to walk for 1 hour.  Today is 3rd day without Nicorettes.

I failed the Sugar Test 2 days in a row.  Not good at all.  Today I recalibrate my actions.

I decided to take some Nicorettes for the sake that I have a strip left.

I'll take it easy, move with certainty.  I am already on the right track with quit smoking and 16/8 LCHF.  Of course the the other stuffs are important too but this two coupled with no sugar and starch is paramount.  It is OK even if I still chew Nicorette and Eclipse Mint in the short term.

JUST BE MINDFUL OF SUGAR AND STARCH.

Shit, these past 2 days I got sleepy around midday,  I'll lie down for a while.

I got to get past 10 days to really benefit from sugar addiction.

Looks like tomorrow is a fresh start.
