I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 12.45 pm. Dreamt of eating carbs
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Still got inflammation
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - This had been consistent for me last 2 weeks.
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Inflammation still on though improving
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Another LCHF meal; KFC Chicken and Salted Butter
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Yes tonight I sleep max 11.30 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
4 days down due to inflammation. Weight and blood pressure is going down though:
Weight: 89.1 kg
BP: 111/84
Pulse: 83
I am totally relaxed now. I breath much easier too. All is not lost. As long as I am losing weight and improving my health condition, that is better than nothing.
At the same time I am reinforcing my beliefs and actions on the 3 Cs and SS. I truly believe I have the right formula to make it for the [] leg of the race 31/5/19:
- No smoking
- Weigh 65 kg
- Run 10 km/hour
I like this Billy Jeans cover:
Fighting inflammation is new to me. It seems inflammation is also my public enemy number one - SLIP+I.
Right, the plus is a special emphasis on inflammation. Nasty symptom this inflammation is. It further emphasizes that I should not eat sugar and starch.
So 2019 is the year I begin my 22 years journey to be FAT ADAPTED and NO SS.
The battle against *b[ell]y fat continues:
I have to get rid of 30 kg:
* Yes you are right. I need to fight the belly fat the most. Damn this inflammation. I hope to recover by tomorrow. So much down time.
This young man went down from 130 kg to 60 kg in 3 years:
| height (cm) | minimum weight (BMI=20) | maximum weight (BMI=25) | obesity (BMI=30) |
|---|
| 173 | 59.9 | 74.8 | 89.8 |
I am obese. I did the right estimate to go for 65 kg.
59 kg
65 kg
105 kg
Too thin
