22/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 22


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:11 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning Exercise by 7.15 am 
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - No issue on being hungry.  Just eat salt
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - On target although I nearly missed it due to Lizzie wanting to buy buns
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On target with butter chicken.
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Very sleepy 

That's the minimum to win the day.


I just do recovery walk in the morning.  Everything seems good.  No pain.  I'll do the same thing this afternoon.

Every time I carbs binge, I start at Day 1.  I want to make sure I make it to 14 days to be keto adapted.  As for the 6 points, I calibrate to sync it with the number of days in a year.  That way I measure my progress based on the days in the year.  I want to see if I can maintain a winning streak for these next 4 months.

Let's make today a 100% compliance day.  I feel good after the walk to the point I plan for house chore at 3:00 pm.

This journey is very simple.  In January starting today I must aim for virtual perfection.  I must make it a 10 days streak.  That's the very least I can do before running and following the Emperor's Routine.

This is where I want to be.  Living the life as a primordial man battling excess rather than scarcity.  The final destiny is on becoming an Athlete Warrior.

Today's stool is the best.  So good I had it twice.  It has to do with taking ACV.  It never felt this good.

Whatever it is, let's hope it get rid of the uric acid fast.  I intend to exercise again this afternoon.

Keep saying no to sugar and starch for the rest of your life.  CANCER FEED ON SUGAR.

This SS War is a war to the end.  No more sugar like no more 3 Cs.  Sugar is addictive.  Once you start you cannot stop.  Soon the weight will creep back again.

I am happy with the mirror test just now.  I cannot see the tummy bulging anymore.  Need to stick to current formula although I already planning to eat ayam penyet with sambal penyet for lunch.  I think I can endure a bit of salivating in exchange of a 65 kg lean mean athletic body.

In all my photos since 2015, I am fat.  The past 3 years I had been fat.  Atkins is not the answer,  It is 16/8 LCHF or IF Keto.

Today is day 1 for me.  I have to refrain from eating during lunch.  I need to be fat adapted.

I refrained for 10 minutes and the salivating gone.  I am not hungry since I ate butter.  I just salivate by the thought of the food.  Not because I am ravenous.

Visualize weighing 65 kg, running 10 km/hour and able to wear the wardrobe all over again,  Another 10 kg and I already on the roll with the running and the wardrobe





Who says I cannot do it?  All it takes is another 4 months of 16/8 LCHF.

Damn right I will pursue this path to the end.

  • No 3 Cs
  • Weighing 65 kg
  • Fat adapted
  • Running at 10 km/hour
To do that I have to exercise am/pm and run 3 times a week.  Basically I got to follow Emperor's Routine.

I need to be fat adapted soon.  By 1/2/19 is the latest.
