I need to have faith that I will make it with this diet and exercise.
It's a 5 months journey. This is just the first 2 weeks. Calibrate again tomorrow.

Before I carbs binge on Saturday, I experienced bliss. Even water tasted sweet. I need to get to that state again. I have to say no to sugar and starch.
