31/1/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 31


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 4:15 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Stay home and enjoy a normal feed day
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate nasi lemak and coconut
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - totally off
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Had rice and ice cream
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep at 12:00 am 
That's the minimum to win the day.

One month 18/6 LCHF assessment
This one month is a real challenge for me.

I guess the biggest challenge is no longer about quit smoking but rather to fight inflammation and TO BE THIN.  When I do this, I automatically take care of cigarettes.

I am still lagging behind with my runs.  Today I try a different strategy.  I do Mall Walk in the morning and see if I can run a decent 30 minutes in the afternoon.

Next to the inflammation, the challenge with being ravenous is quite serious.  Because of that I carbs binge on several occasions.  Since I blew up big time yesterday, today is back to day one.

I didn't expect to get to day 10 is such a feat.  Nevertheless, I will stick to the knitting.  Basically my problems are solved when I go with NO SUGAR NO STARCH.

Hey Els, we used to really talk. I even told you about the Raya shirt I bought and the cookie I ate. I miss that. This year I am saying goodbye to Sugar & Starch for life. Not easy. I am training for my Half Marathon Race with TraXXfm too



That is my assessment.  The battle starts at Sugar and Starch.  I got to win this battle.  It's proven that the BP increase with carbs because of the insulin surge.

These readings were taken first thing in the morning on 30/1/19  when I diligently been on LCHF for 4 days.  Next is the BP reading after a whole day long on carbs.

Actually I can write off BOTH Chedet 10/7/25 (Wood Ox) and Najib 23/7/53 (Water Snake).  My plan is to replace Chedet with Larry Page 26/3/37 (Water Ox)  and the Blue Avatar with Chris Martin 2/3/77 (Fire Snake).


I think that will strike a balance in the Yin and Yang.  Let see how the stalwarts play.

LOL, both have a dagger on each other's throat.  Kinda brutal ending if you ask me.

To stream or no stream:

I was streamed in primary school and then no streaming in middle school and streamed again in high school. I prefer a no streaming. That way we a homogeneous. But then the schools must stream but the classes not. That way we get the best mix

OK back to our discussion, do I write off Chedet or do I write off my Albatross.  Or do I write off both?  I am keen to make them the Binary Kings and form their own Troika with Mr Butt Fucker.  No love lost for the Good, the Bad and the Ugly.

When I see BJ, suddenly I have External Affairs to meddle with.  Other than that I just thinking and doing Being God 2019.  That means I am to become a 57 kg Running and Breathing Athlete Warrior.

Today I think I just take it easy at the Mall.  Do some shopping perhaps.

This is where determination counts.  How bad do I want it?

I change my mind.  I stay at home and eat normal today.

Actually eating sugar and starch is abnormal.  But let's admit it.  They are the cheapest alternatives.

Hi, I made some enhancements to the FINAL CHECKMATE posting . The final outcome is ONE, still but we can also have a Binary and a Troika in Sparta 4964.

Let them figure out the whole message.  My job is to tell them the options in entering Sparta 4964.  If they are not interested then we consume them eventually but the terms will be different by then.
