I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up 9:30 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Didn't happen
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Eat normal feed today
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - No go
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleeps at 12:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.


Once you eat carbs, it's hard to stop.  I give today a break.  I had a chocolate bun and a Nescafe Latte.

After lunch I feel heavy.  I better stop at lunch beginning today.  I AM GOING FOR 57 KG!

The meal makes me feel guilty because I am not doing the right thing.

I got to sacrifice to hunger for the next 3 months.  Hunger only last for 3 days.

It's all about being thin.  Then I can run far and fast.  So this next 3 months I should focus on the Moringa-Butter Protocol.

So far I had dropped to 85 kg.  I got to break 80 kg this month by being fat adapted.  The body can handle low calorie.  It has nutrition from Moringa and butter.

I have enough body fat to last for 8 weeks.  I can do it.  All I got to do is resist temptation.

I am meeting Yati next month.  I better show some progress.

Look good, smell good, feel good.  That's all it takes to enjoy life.  That is achieved by being thin.  At 85 kg I already feel the difference.  Imagine when I am weighing 57 kg.  That should motivate me to pursue my dream to scale Mount 57.

I will not die trying.  It's all about the state of mind.
