I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Rise at 6:00 am
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - W1DI again
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate Moringa
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - To hot, too hungry, too tired
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate peanut butter sandwich and drank 3-in-1 coffee
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Will retire for bed at 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
Yes!, woke up at 6:00 am.
Did all the right stuff; cut hair, get watch battery and deposit money. The read a bit and snoozed for 1 1/2 hours. I tried to exercise in the afternoon but everything was not right. Thus I ate carbs to alleviate my lethargic condition.
I still have a wager with Dr Amapreet. I got 3 months to go and I seem to be stalling my progress. I feel a slight depression today.
Basically these 3 months are about reducing weight. This is the final push and yet carbs is creeping in.
Let me remind myself again:
I cannot understand how volatile is my sense of motivation. I want to be a 57 kg runner but I seem to loze the drive on the very first sign of fatigue.
Maybe these will help:
Butter Bob, 1 year
Philip Weber, 55
130 kg to 60 kg
93 kg going 57
If there are people who just fast on water alone for 1 month, I should be OK for 2 months on my 16/8 LCHF and proceed with water fast on the third month.
OK fine. Today is the last proper meal I am going o have for the next 3 months. I am here to burn 30 kg of fat.
I need to stay focus to be motivated.
It seems that either I don't eat enough or when I eat carbs that I feel lethargic. I need to test that tonight by eating rice.
Well, it seems that I don't have enough to eat. That means I need the next few days to be fat adapted.
