14/3/19 ###Tomorrow is the moment of truth

The journey for the past 2 1/2 months had been interesting.  I was adjusting myself, researching and underwent some serious healing crisis.

Well, time flies.  Tomorrow is exactly 2 1/2 months for me to hit 57 kg.  I got to be serious about my Weight Lost Protocol.  There are people losing 70 to 90 lbs within the 5 to 6 months BELIEVING in their diet.  I think I got the winning formula.  Already I am losing 8 kg since January even though I was not strict with following my protocol.

8 kg is not fast enough.  I need to lose another 30 kg in these remaining half of the journey.  The issue is fatigue and hunger.  I suspect I am fatigue because I am still not fat adapted.  Nevertheless, I decided to alternate my runs with walks/swims, exercising once a day instead of two as I had initially planned.

Hunger is a state of mind.  Just drink water when hungry.

This month I got to break 79 kg.  My aim is 76.2 kg.  Then I can wear my old pants again.

The goal is 57 kg, 19% BMI and 4.75% fat.  I think that is doable.  That is the body of an elite athlete.  The body of a marathoner.

It's not that I start from zero.  I already build the momentum since January,  Now to train the body to be fat adapted.  This whole March is about being that.

I still got to look good in the Karrimor tights.  My sports clothes are complete.  Now is about to wear them.

Already the V-necks are becoming too loose.  If 8 kg already makes me feel motivated to try all those clothes, imagine losing THIRTY KG more!

No amount of hunger can top that...

Remember, Ketogenic Diet is about low carbs, MODERATE protein and high fat.  With my Moringa-Butter Protocol, I think I nailed it.  Do not worry about low calorie.  The body has plenty of reserve.

I got to associate new meaning to hunger.  That's all.  It's not about having less to eat or nothing to eat for that matter.  Its about new way of looking at hunger.

Bear in mind, to lose weight is to restrict calorie over a prolonged period.  With Moringa and butter I have all the nutrition that I need.  When the supplements and oils depleted, I will increase my Moringa intake.

Until then, I still got the Magnesium, Vitamin C, Vitamin B Complex, Apple Cider Vinegar, Black Seed Oil and Fish Oil to play with.  I think I outdo myself with all the nutrients.

That is why, if I have to choose the best possible combination with the least amount of money, I say it's just the Moringa and butter.  Maybe the MCT Oil as well.  Oh well, the ACV won't hurt.
