9/3/19 Diet Protocol Review

Wait a minute.  I had not started anything this March.  I haven't given the Moringa-Butter Protocol a chance.

In all the cases I eat carbs because I gave in to temptation.  I should stick to the plan.


Go with high nutrition calorie restriction.  You got body fat to burn.

Aim for Mount 57.  A guy can go without food for 1 year.  What is 3 months.  I have all the nutrients from Moringa and I have butter for energy.  I should be OK.  All it takes is 10 days to adapt.

I need to ENDURE the next 2+1 months if I want to achieve 57 kg.  Diet is paramount.  As for exercise, I will ease in with the 10 k training and swimming.  The elliptical is a bonus,  I already got tennis.  So I am moderately active.

The 6 Points to Winning is just a marker.  The real indicator is weight loss and blood pressure.  This is what I should be aiming for this next 3 months.

It is very obvious.  The minute I eat carbs my weight loss stalled.

I am walking with a chip on my shoulder.  I told Dr Amapreet that I will lose 30 kg by my next visit.  That is commitment.

As for running 10 k an hour, the mileage will come in when I am light.  I should keep striving for distance and speed but under fat adapted state.

Lower insulin.  Cut sugar, cut process food.

Average water fasting is 26 days,  The average person has 6 to 8 weeks of reserve.
