I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - W2D1 today
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - On the dot with Moringa
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Did 30 minutes Elliptical.  Good enough for now.  Too much sweat
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - I can go on with supplements and oils but the salmon is pretty hard to resist
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm- I dign off at 10:00 am
That's the minimum to win the day.

Today is day one of the ascend.  I had pretty nasty nightmares about my past last night.  Not good at all.  However, I woke up by 6:00 am.  Now that tells a lot about my enthusiasm to wake up early for the event.

The weather is pretty cool.  I had a mugful of coffee with salt today.  I guess it is a tradition.  I am mentally ready for my first assault, W2D1.

My spirit is of a seasoned mountaineer.  Nothing gonna stop me now.  It reminds me of the movie, Seven Years in Tibet.  Of how I should endure the hardship.  I am mentally and physically ready.  For the next 2 1/2 months I am a man with a mission.  To conquer Mount 57.

The time now is 7:11 am.  Time to kick off the journey will Flight of the Valkyries.



7:15 am:  The alarms sounded.  15 minutes more before I hit the tarmac.  Physically fit, mentally tough.  That is the message I am sharing with myself.  I will burn 30 kg of fat along the way:


I will be 57 kg with 4.75% fat by 31/5/19.  My first win for 2019.
  • No cigarettes
  • No cannabis
  • No carbs
  • Heck, no cunts definitely
I am moving towards a 10 km/hour runner.  I am to impress Amapreet by 2/7/19.  I am preparing for the 11 km Hill Run by the August. By 29/9/19 I WILL RUN 21 KM BUKIT KIARA TO HARTAMAS AND BACK.

W2D1 is a huge success.  I listened to Running Rock playlist (which is appropriate for the occasion) and I had a great time executing my moves.  All and all it is 2.89 km.  A 100 meters improvement from W1D3.

No inflammation, no soreness.  I still need to work on my VO2Max.  All the smoking does take a toll.  I need to strengthen the heart too.  This is the beginning of week 2.  I have 14 weeks altogether,  I look forward to the next ascend.

So the storyline is basically the story of a Paleolithic Hunter Gatherer thriving in his environment.  His focus is excellent because he's gonna need it comes the Long Journey to conquer the peak of the mountain, Mount 57.

This is his adventure until 31/5/19.  The final assault comes the week after, the Big Day.  Can he achieve a 10 km/hour while weighing 57 kg?

That is a very interesting challenge considering I will do the 21 days water fast before that.

If you normally exercise, or even if you don't, you can still do it during fasting. Whether you fast for 24 hours or 24 days, you can still exercise. Your muscles may take up to 2 weeks to become fat adapted, though.

This is my quest for excellence.  If it is to be than it is up to me.

The 30 minutes Elliptical comes as a pleasant bonus for the day.  I sweat profusely for 30 minutes that I feel uneasy going for 1 hour.  So I cut short.  Not because fatigue but rather, discomfort.  It felt icky.  

Initially I feel hungry, but as I moved the hunger disappeared.

I think I do well with my diet plan and exercise for today.
