13/3/19 ***From addition to subtraction

All my life I had been adding.  More things, bigger things, more expensive things...  Time to scale down.  Less is more.  Less friends, less things to buy and naturally less things to eat.

Less food is ultimately the answer to thin body.  Here are the principles I personally wrote in Lose Fat, Stay Fit:

Here are the three basic principles of weight loss:
  • The only proven nutritional method of losing weight is through prolonged calorie restriction
  • In any given situation, we are either eating or fasting
  • When we eat we add calories, when we fast we burn calories

Today I had my meal.  Therefore no meal for dinner.  By doing that I cut my calories by half.  I subtract.  It is a subtraction game.

Of course the trick is to restrict calories while maintaining exercise.
