I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Did it
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Not in the mood
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate some carbs
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - It rained
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Ate rice
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Definitely will sleep early
That's the minimum to win the day.


Weekend is hard not to eat.  So I plan to control my meal on weekdays.

I am slipping very badly.  Need to calibrate.  Been eating carbs like crazy.  Well at least I don't smoke cigarettes and dope.

I am at the borderline depression.  I know its the carbs.  I should at least eat 16/8 LCHF without the carbs.  I don't need to omit food entirely.  I am compromising on my own protocol.

Do not fear hunger.  Think thin.  Minimize insulin.

Let stick to the plan; Moringa and butter for the next 1 1/2 months then water fast for 1 month to achieve 57 kg.

I should be happy, and yet I am slightly under the weather.  I need to watch my diet.  I should not let depression get to me.

What do I need?  At this moment, my health not sugary stuff.  I eat too much carbs.
