13/3/19 Today is an under the weather day

Funny, I had a marvelous day yesterday.  I was pretty upbeat about the whole thing and yet today I feel miserable.

What is the cause?  Diet?  Exercise?  I just don't know.  How do I maintain the high spirit?  Why do I feel tired running today?

Can I improve my mood by swimming tomorrow or am I going to feel terrible?

I will swim tomorrow.  I have to eat right too.  I should eat 16/8 LCHF; meaning I eat from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Forget the calorie restriction.  I have problem with hunger.  Then again, I should withstand hunger for 3 days.  I got to experience fat adapted state.

Think of all the benefits of being thin:

  • I look good in my old clothes
  • I no longer have inflammation
  • I can run far and fast
  • I am more alert
  • No brain fog
  • I got to prove to Amapreet that I can do it
  • No depression
I need to get past 80 kg.  I need to be in the 70s end of this month.  All I got to do is avoid carbs and starch.  I don't have to go for just Moringa and butter alone.  I can EAT and still lose weight.

At the same time I am aware that I have a bi[d] tank to spare:


I try to eat Moringa-Butter Protocol for 3 days.  If that doesn't work, I cut my exercise to 3 days a week.  My aim is to be thin AND to run 10 km by the end of this experiment.  For the mean time I can forgo swimming and elliptical.  Just restrict calorie and run.  Maybe I'll walk on alternate days.

Yes, I'll do that.  Go easy on the exercise.  That way I can control my hunger.  I didn't give this Moringa-Butter Protocol a fighting chance.  I only do it for 2 days end February.  It's working.  Then as usual I caved in.

Treat this as I treat cigarettes.  I got to hold the bull by the horn.  I should not compromise on my plan to scale Mount 57,  Remember, May is the final assault.  By June I will be testing my agility to run the 10 k.  I fell of the wagon last year after only 2 months,  This year I got to do it.  I must run 10 km.


Rightfully I should lose 2 kg a week on this protocol.  I need to hit 79 kg by April.  This require commitment.

  • Eat Moringa-Butter Protocol

I got to remind myself, I got reserve for 8 weeks!


Of course I am not going to starve myself, I got the Moringa, butter and the various supplements and oils.

Already I am seeing the benefits.  I can wear my old shirts again,  If I lose another 8 kg, I can wear my old pants.  That is pretty motivating enough.  I should look forward to 76 kg.
