I think I save RM150 this April. I have plenty of supplements to live by. I still cannot decide if I want to continue with ACV and MCT oil. Looks like Moringa and butter are sufficient.
This is a very exciting time. I finally have a real purpose in living. No more a hedonistic life but rather a life full of vigor. To be a 57 kg runner, running at 10 km/hour is a worthy life to look forward to. I am creating that future on a daily basis.
Best of all I got all the tools to achieve my goals. Actually there are many people whose goals are not financially driven. I used to have financial goals before. They are pretty intense and I became highly stressed.
Athlete4Life. I like the sound of it. I am training to be an athlete for life. That is a long term vision indeed. My checkpoint is when I am 77. The year is 2041. I don't want to be old and frail. I want to be agile until I am 100.
Without carbs, my blood pressure is back to normal. Now is to bring my resting heart rate to the 50s. I need to develop a strong heart.
My future is so full of possibilities. So positive. Provided I am healthy. To be healthy I have to stay away from sugar and starch. That is the gist of it. The test is this remaining days of March. I need to be fat adapted.
Stay away from cigarettes, cannabis and carbs. The original 3 Cs.
NO SUGAR & STARCH = NO MORE INFLAMMATION = NO CIGARETTE CRAVINGS = LOSE 30 KG = FAT ADAPTED = BETTER ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE.
I just realized that the reason why I crave cigarette and dope is because I am depressed. The reason why I am depressed is because I eat carbs.
Someday I will get rid of this 30 kg:
I am already on my way. This next 2 1/2 months is my test. Whether my plan is air tight. Especially my diet and exercise. Hey I had gotten rid of the bulging tummy. 9 kg does make a difference. I look forward to another 9 kg.
God's delay is not go[t] denial. This is my first assault. If I don't make it, I planned to do another one in October, after I run my Half Marathon on 29/9/19. As for this May, I compromise being thin with the ability to complete my 10 k Training.
Well, time to sleep... Here is my lullaby:
Goodnight darling.
