19/3/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 76


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 6:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Swim day today
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - Ate the (now) Super Seven but also ate carbs later 
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Too comfortable to exercise
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot with Irfan's Combo
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Will sleep at 11:00 pm tonight
That's the minimum to win the day.


Weight stuck at 85.1 kg for the past 3 days.  Need to do the green today.  March is my worst month, the weight simply won't budge.

I was not serious about cutting carbs.

I am really anxious about meeting BJ.  I certainly can use a good company and the company comes with incentive.  I have to keep away from him until I unlearn the pleasure of dope.  A more pleasurable thing is eat at Irfan today.

Dope leads to munching and munching leads to cigarettes.  I better stay clear from BJ.

I am only in the 3rd month.  I smoked dope once and soon after I smoked cigarettes.  Dope makes me schizophrenic.  I start hallucinating.

I think I eat 16/8 and 1 carbs meal a day.  Even that I keep carbs below 50 grams.  UNLESS, I 16/8 and eat LCHF for lunch and dinner.  I can only skip breakfast.  I should not skip lunch and dinner.

That is more realistic.  My weight loss had stalled for the whole month of March.

The problem with having cloud storage is when the network is down.  Since I switched to the 30 GB plan, the issue with network down is rampant.
