17/3/19 @@@The 6 Points to Winning Day 76


I will win 1 day at a time:
  1. Wake up latest 7:00 am - Woke up at 7:00 am
  2. Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Tennis today
  3. Eat 16/8  starting 2:00 pm - LCHF meal
  4. Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Too lazy after snoozing through after lunch
  5. Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - On the dot with supplements and oils.  Added Moringa.
  6. Sleep at 11.00 pm - Sleep by 11:00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.


Ah, a great day today.  I won the tennis game 6 - 2.  Not much of a fight but I managed to refine my strokes during the game.

Today my aim is to make it all green.  I got to win one day at a time.

This Moringa works better with meal.  I feel very satiated after taking it right after meal.  I feel energetic too.

You know Sarah, I should commend myself for the effort to turnaround my life.  Instead of looking at what didn't work, I should note things that work:

  • The supplements and oils
  • The 10 k Training
  • The swim
  • The elliptical
  • Reading book again
  • House chores
  • No smoking
  • The regulated sleep
  • Losing 9 kg
Now I am adding cycling this afternoon.
