I will win 1 day at a time:
- Wake up latest 7:00 am - Slept until 2:00 pm
- Exercise 1 hour in the morning - Gone
- Eat 16/8 starting 2:00 pm - Ate Moringa and ACV, horrible tasting
- Exercise 1 hour in the afternoon - Did WID2
- Eat LCHF at 8:00 pm - Lizzie kept asking me if I eat dinner. Lost to temptation
- Sleep at 11.00 pm - Surely sleeps by 11.00 pm
That's the minimum to win the day.
Oh boy, did I sleep today. I was so tired.
Ate Moringa and chased it down with ACV. Bad idea, my throat felt harsh.

So back to diet and exercise, the two pillars of health and happiness. I shall eat nutrition and not calories for the next 2 months.
I got to be serious in my mission. These past few days I was distracted by the purchase of the handphone and the X4. The car is in the workshop. Another distraction. Finally, I blew up my savings. That is despairing.
All that matters is to be thin and fast. I got distracted by extrinsic matters when I should focus on the intrinsic.

Back to visioning. What do I want my future to be? I want to be a runner. A healthy and happy person who is thin and constantly progressing through his daily runs. I want to live the life of the Emperor's Routine.
Goals:
- Breath Fresh Air
- Be Thin
- Be Fast
- Look Good
- Smell Good
- Feel Good
Purpose:
- Read
- Run
- Write
So if I take these variables and align them together I should have a road map of my life for the next 30 years.
I should avoid cunts at all costs:
